Join us on the edge of Dartmoor for a celebration of love, fun, games and dancing.
Colehayes Park is an epic manor house with extensive, beautiful grounds, and a basement club – a mix made in heaven. There are plenty of lush walks, a lake to swim in or paddle on top of (bring your SUP), and even some llamas to make friends with.
You’ll want dancing shoes for the evenings, more active clothes for the day, and perhaps some camouflage if you really want to win at hide and seek.
Call us greedy, but we’ve booked the place for a week.. why have a one day wedding when you can have a FIVE DAY WEDING?!? Whoop Whoop
The important day is Wednesday 23rd July, that’s when we’ll be tying the know and having an absolutely massive party!
There’s plenty of fun to be had on the other days too – we’ll have some organised games, there are endless beautiful walks to go on, and did we mention the lake and the llamas?!
Sadly, you’re not ALL going to be joining us fr the whole time, we want some intimate time with out family on the first night (basically, we’re recruiting them to help us set up..). But you are welcome to stay as long as you like from Tuesday!
You can even stay right the way through to Friday and make a real holiday out of it. However, we’re getting kicked out at 10am, so we may rope you in to the military style clean up operation on Thursday night / Friday morning.
There’s a range of accommodation options to suit everyone’s needs at Colehayes; rooms in the manor house, regular camping for tents or campervans, and even some fancy pants glamping.
To stay int he beautiful manor house will be £100 per room per night. It’s really stunning – have a look at the photographs on their website – with many communal areas for socialising, kitchens to prepare food, loads of shower rooms, and thick, old walls so there is little to no noise transfer. Many of the rooms are dormitory style rooms, so you can save on cost by sharing with your mates, but it’s totally fine if you want a room by yourself. Please let us know if you are willing to share when you send your RSVP below.
For the outdoor lovers, camping for tents or campervans costs £25 per night per pitch. The camping field is right next to the main house with beautiful views down over the lake. There is no electrical hookup, but you are of course welcome to use all the facilities of the main house. If enough people choose this option we will be hiring an additional shower and toilet block.
Take things up a notch with some fancy Glamping in the bell tent village. You’ll be surrounded by fairy lights and bunting for that real festival feel. There are a few options to choose from with a minimum stay of 2 nights:
